International MTB Race called „Kaczmarek Electric MTB Zielona Góra President’s Cup”, XCO2
PURPOSE OF THE EVENT:
- Promote the city Zielona Góra
- Promote cycling in Zielonej Góry and in the rest of Poland
- Advertisement of sponsors and supporters
DATE AND PLACE:
- The races will take place in the Park on ‘Wzgórza Piastowskie’ with start and finish line on car parking at the Amphitheatre. Entrance from the Ptasia street.
- Date of the contest according to international calendar PZKOL & UCI is 3rd May 2012

PARTICIPATION:
Race competitors are obliged to possess actual UCI license and medical checkup. Moreover, there will be another competition for the kids between 4 and 10 years old on the different, easier track.
REGISTRATION AND TIME MEASUREMENT:
- Deadline for event submissions is 25th April 2012. After this date there will be charged double fee for the race!

- All of the competitors are supposed to take the start number with chip on Wednesday between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. o’clock in competition office, which will be located in Amphitheater. Also on the race day in the is a possibility of an additional declaration until 30 minutes before every race.
- There will be collected license for the start number. The license will be returned after taking back the start number.
Participation fee:
- Junior M/W: 10 PLN - 3 Euro
- U-23 M/W: 12 PLN - 4 Euro / 10 PLN - 3 Euro
- Elite M/W: 16 PLN - 5 Euro / 10 PLN - 3 Euro

DECORATION:
- Decoration will take place until 30 min after every race on the front of the Amphitheater. In case of being late for decoration there will be enforced financial penalty.
RACE LAPS:
- The number of laps for each category will be specified before the race by the Chief Referee.
DOUBLED COMPETITORS:
- Doubled comptetitors (during race) will be removed from track after crossing start/finish line. It regards to Younger Junior/Młodzik category.
- During contest riding the race route is completly forbidden!
TRACK INFORMATION:
Elite track length: 4500 meters
Junior track length: 3500 meters
Lap time: 18 min / 14 min
Distance from start line to finish line : 200 meters
Description: Track contains technical elements, varied terrain, several sections of artificially made, a lot of roots and a lot of sand.
The Infrastructure: There will be line of the toilets, dressing rooms and place with hot meal.
PRIZES
- Kids aged 4-10 years: gifts and cups as prizes
- In Żak category competitors are awarded from 1 to 10 place
- In Kids Men and Women category competitors are awarded from 1 to 6 place
- In Younger Junior Men and Women category competitors are awarded from 1 to 10 place
- In each category, competitors from 1 to 3 place will reciver cups.
- Cups for the best competitor form Lubuskie and the best competitor from LKS „Trasa” Zielona Góra Team

FINAL CLAUSES:
- All teams must be insured.
- Organizer is not responsible for items lost or accidents occurred through no fault of the organizer.
- Ground Referee will be appointed by the Polish Cycling Federation and the UCI in agreement with the organizer
- The issues not covered in these rules, the organizers decided to consultation with the head judge.
- The set of cars should be discussed with the service wearing green vest standing on the parking spaces.

P1 – Main parking place for UCI teams and competitors, 20 meters from start/finish line (40 parking spaces)
P2 – Second parking place for the rest competitors, 50 meters from finish line
(30 parking spaces)
